Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Certified Professional Foods Manager (CPFM) certification required
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience within a Food and Beverage environment
  • Consistent attendance
  • Ability to perform essential job functions

  • Ability to supervise exempt staff across multiple venues
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
  • Experience managing labor budgets and increasing operational efficiency

Job Qualifications

  • Certified Professional Foods Manager (CPFM) certification
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in Food and Beverage environment
  • Knowledge of Health Department regulations and beverage laws
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze operational and financial reports
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experience with budgeting and capital planning
  • Ability to handle escalated incidents and provide effective resolution

Job Duties

  • Lead and assist special projects for Food and Beverage from inception through completion
  • Perform business gap analysis, design and development of project plans, cost estimating and tracking
  • Coordinate and implement applications or solutions in Food and Beverage operations
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Health and Beverage Laws
  • Conduct periodic meetings with Assistant Managers regarding Health Department guidelines and service/product changes
  • Analyze daily finance flash reports, venue statistics, revenue reports, guest satisfaction and comment reports, incident reports, and video to monitor guest experience
  • Work with Revenue Operations Director to prioritize discretion and capital planning
  • Develop and adhere to labor and non-labor budgets
  • Improve overall efficiency of Food and Beverage operations
  • Make hiring decisions and train staff
  • Oversee Food and Beverage Assistant Managers and mentor Supervisors
  • Provide feedback on performance and ensure management team meets objectives
  • Provide resort-wide duty manager coverage depending on scheduled shift
  • Respond to escalated incidents and notify senior leadership
  • Participate actively in Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities following established policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
