Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field
  • minimum of three years of restaurant or related hospitality experience
  • minimum of three years of supervisory experience
  • must obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service certification
  • must obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
  • valid driver's license and vehicle insurance as required
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • ability to operate office productivity machinery
  • ability to travel to meetings and events
  • must maintain a neat and clean appearance
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to perform job duties in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • may be required to obtain gaming license at discretion of Tribal Gaming Commission

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field
  • minimum of three years of restaurant or related hospitality experience
  • minimum of three years of supervisory experience
  • bar experience preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • strong leadership and people management skills
  • effective communication and change management abilities
  • organizational and time management skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with laws
  • competency in English communication
  • basic mathematical skills
  • ability to provide friendly and efficient service
  • capacity to work under pressure
  • valid driver's license and vehicle insurance as required

Job Duties

  • Manage all front-of-house team members assigned to the venue
  • implement training programs to ensure high-quality service
  • monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
  • oversee budgets for revenue, food cost, expenses, headcount, and profit
  • collaborate with chefs to ensure food costs stay within budget and menu appeal
  • maintain accurate inventory of supplies and minimize replacement costs
  • ensure cleanliness, sanitation standards, and equipment maintenance
  • perform other duties to support department operations
  • carry out supervisory responsibilities including hiring, training, evaluating, rewarding, disciplining, and resolving problems
