Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field
- minimum of three years of restaurant or related hospitality experience
- minimum of three years of supervisory experience
- must obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service certification
- must obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- valid driver's license and vehicle insurance as required
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- ability to operate office productivity machinery
- ability to travel to meetings and events
- must maintain a neat and clean appearance
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to perform job duties in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- may be required to obtain gaming license at discretion of Tribal Gaming Commission
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field
- minimum of three years of restaurant or related hospitality experience
- minimum of three years of supervisory experience
- bar experience preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- strong leadership and people management skills
- effective communication and change management abilities
- organizational and time management skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with laws
- competency in English communication
- basic mathematical skills
- ability to provide friendly and efficient service
- capacity to work under pressure
- valid driver's license and vehicle insurance as required
Job Duties
- Manage all front-of-house team members assigned to the venue
- implement training programs to ensure high-quality service
- monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
- oversee budgets for revenue, food cost, expenses, headcount, and profit
- collaborate with chefs to ensure food costs stay within budget and menu appeal
- maintain accurate inventory of supplies and minimize replacement costs
- ensure cleanliness, sanitation standards, and equipment maintenance
- perform other duties to support department operations
- carry out supervisory responsibilities including hiring, training, evaluating, rewarding, disciplining, and resolving problems
