Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field
- minimum of three years restaurant or related hospitality experience
- minimum of three years supervisory experience
- bar experience preferred
- must obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
- must obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license
- valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required for commute
- ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- must perform basic mathematical operations
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to work under pressure
- physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field

Job Duties
- Accountable for front of house team members
- implement training programs to maintain high-quality service
- monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
- manage venue operations to budget including revenue and expenses
- collaborate with venue chefs to control food costs and maintain menu appeal
- maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- oversee cleanliness and sanitation standards
- maintain equipment and order repairs
- prepare sales, inventory and personnel reports
- provide leadership and motivation to team members
