Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field
  • minimum of three years restaurant or related hospitality experience
  • minimum of three years supervisory experience
  • bar experience preferred
  • must obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
  • must obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
  • may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license
  • valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required for commute
  • ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • must perform basic mathematical operations
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • ability to work under pressure
  • physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field

  • proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Accountable for front of house team members
  • implement training programs to maintain high-quality service
  • monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
  • manage venue operations to budget including revenue and expenses
  • collaborate with venue chefs to control food costs and maintain menu appeal
  • maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
  • oversee cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • maintain equipment and order repairs
  • prepare sales, inventory and personnel reports
  • provide leadership and motivation to team members
