Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service, Business or related field required
- minimum of three years of restaurant or related hospitality experience required
- minimum of three years of supervisory experience required
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to perform basic mathematical operations
- must obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
- must obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license
- valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required for commuting between locations
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- maintain confidentiality
- ability to provide friendly and efficient service
- able to work under pressure
- must present a neat and well-groomed appearance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service, Business or related field preferred
- minimum of three years of restaurant or related hospitality experience
- minimum of three years of supervisory experience
- strong leadership and people management skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- excellent communication skills
- ability to delegate, multitask, and lead in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- bar experience strongly preferred
Job Duties
- Accountable for all the Front of House team members assigned to the venue
- implement training programs to ensure high-quality service
- ensure optimal operations during business hours by monitoring customer satisfaction and resolving complaints
- manage assigned venues to budget revenue, food cost, expense, headcount, and profit
- collaborate with the assigned venue Chef to oversee food costs and menu attractiveness
- maintain accurate inventory of china, glassware, cutlery, and supplies
- oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of equipment
- prepare sales, inventory, and personnel reports
- provide dedicated leadership to venue staff
- maximize team member morale through leading by example
