Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to join our team at Trilogy Sunstone. This full-time position offers an annual salary of $75,000 and comes with a comprehensive benefits package. The F&B Manager will be responsible for leading and directing the F&B team, ensuring excellent culinary standards, and providing outstanding guest experiences within our Resort Club and event spaces. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Three to five years related experience in hospitality preferred
  • One to three years experience supervising managers or in a supervisory role required
  • Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification
  • Must meet state and federal minimum age requirements for serving alcohol
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Knowledge of restaurant database software a plus
  • Knowledge of county regulations
  • Ability to understand and implement dining standards
  • Ability to read and interpret food service industry periodicals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to calculate food costs, menu pricing, discounts, inventory, labor standards, and volume
  • Basic computational ability and budgetary analysis
  • Planning and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to maintain high standards of work with attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf to support company goals
  • Support the Director with strategic intelligence for F&B initiatives including vision, business planning, capital expansion, branding, menu and clubhouse design
  • Ensure superior standards of food service and quality are met or exceeded
  • Maintain effective communication regarding F&B operations, safety, and employee concerns
  • Hire, train, and supervise F&B staff and create weekly schedules
  • Manage costs including goods, labor, and general expenses
  • Oversee budgets and financial reports
  • Coordinate event management for corporate parties, weddings, and other functions
  • Stay informed on culinary trends and professional development through exhibitions and seminars
  • Perform other duties as assigned
