Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- three to five years' related experience in hospitality preferred
- one to three years' supervisory experience required
- current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification
- must meet state and federal minimum age for serving alcohol
- computer literate with Microsoft Office including Excel
- knowledge of restaurant database software preferred
- knowledgeable about county regulations
- ability to implement BSRG dining standards
- ability to read and interpret food service industry materials
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to speak effectively before customers and team members
- ability to calculate costs, pricing, inventory, labor standards
- understanding of profit and loss statements
- basic computational and budget analysis skills
- planning, problem-solving, decision-making, delegation, time management, and employee development skills
- excellent communication skills
- must achieve high work standards
- demonstrate initiative and independent decision making
- able to work in fast-paced environment
- flexible schedule required including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf to support company goals
- support the Director in providing strategic intelligence on all F&B initiatives including vision, business planning, and branding
- ensure superior standards of food service and quality are consistently met or exceeded
- maintain effective communication regarding F&B operations, safety, and employee concerns
- hire, train, supervise F&B staff, create weekly schedules, and coach team members
- manage cost of goods, labor, and general expenses for F&B operations
- establish and manage purchase orders, budgets, and financial reports
- coordinate with Club Manager to create budget and sales goals
- execute daily, monthly, and annual budgets
- create operational reports as requested
- oversee all F&B events including corporate parties and weddings
- maintain standards of excellence while staying informed on new products and market trends
- attend culinary exhibitions and seminars as required
- perform other duties as assigned
