Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in food and beverage management within sports or entertainment venues
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using data analytics and performance metrics for decision making
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform light labor including lifting up to 50 lbs

  • 3+ years proven experience in food and beverage operations preferably within sports entertainment or hospitality venues
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Passion for innovation fan experience and operational excellence

  • Ability to lift 50lbs and perform other light labor activities

Job Duties

  • Lead the overall food and beverage strategy in collaboration with SI Stadium's F&B partner aligning the organization's brand fan experience goals and business objectives
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all F&B related initiatives across internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with marketing to evolve and promote the stadium's culinary identity fan awareness and drive positive guest experiences
  • Collaborate with the partnerships team to maximize sponsorship and activation effectiveness
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators such as voice of the fan per-caps basket size POS revenue
  • Develop transparent dashboard to allow for easy access to F&B data
  • Ensure alignment of eatery concepts pricing and menu offerings with revenue and fan experience goals
