Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in food and beverage management within sports or entertainment venues
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using data analytics and performance metrics for decision making
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform light labor including lifting up to 50 lbs

- 3+ years proven experience in food and beverage operations preferably within sports entertainment or hospitality venues
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead the overall food and beverage strategy in collaboration with SI Stadium's F&B partner aligning the organization's brand fan experience goals and business objectives
- Serve as the central point of contact for all F&B related initiatives across internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with marketing to evolve and promote the stadium's culinary identity fan awareness and drive positive guest experiences
- Collaborate with the partnerships team to maximize sponsorship and activation effectiveness
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators such as voice of the fan per-caps basket size POS revenue
- Develop transparent dashboard to allow for easy access to F&B data
- Ensure alignment of eatery concepts pricing and menu offerings with revenue and fan experience goals
