Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage, restaurant, and kitchen operations
- Previous experience with POS systems
- Self-motivated with strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work with multiple distractions
- Ability to work collaboratively across the organization
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Job Duties
- Responsible for the overall management and daily performance of the F&B operation including front of house, kitchen, Outlook, and beverage cart operations
- Responsible for managing and overseeing the budget for the entire F&B operations, including labor costs and inventory management to meet prescribed income and expense budgets
- Recruit, hire, train, performance manage, and assist with all HR related functions for staff in all areas of the F&B operations
- Responsible for scheduling staff for restaurant FOH and Outlook to ensure proper service and fiscal goals are met or exceeded
- Manage reservations for daily a la carte restaurant operations and handle complaints concerning food, beverages, and service
- Identify and implement service and training standards in collaboration with Executive Chef, Events Manager, and Assistant General Manager
- Serve as liaison between restaurant FOH and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Manage F&B inventory including bar inventories and alcohol ordering/restocking
- Maintain safety standards, sanitation, preventive maintenance, and compliance with OSHA requirements
- Ensure legal adherence to wage and hour laws and laws pertaining to alcoholic beverages
- Enforce facility policies and procedures
