Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing food and beverage operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient in technology and data analysis tools related to food and beverage operations
  • Ability to comply with all safety and service training programs

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years proven experience in food and beverage operations preferably in sports or entertainment venues
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Passion for innovation, fan experience, and operational excellence
  • Motivated self-starter with a positive team-first attitude
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and perform light labor activities

Job Duties

  • Lead the overall food and beverage strategy in collaboration with the stadium's F&B partner
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all food and beverage initiatives across stakeholders
  • Partner with marketing to enhance and promote the stadium's culinary identity and fan experience
  • Collaborate with partnerships team to maximize sponsorship activation
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators such as fan feedback and POS revenue
  • Develop transparent dashboards for easy access to F&B data
  • Ensure alignment of menu offerings with revenue and fan experience goals
