Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage operations

Job Duties
- Lead overall food and beverage strategy with SI Stadium's F&B partner
- Serve as central contact for all F&B initiatives across stakeholders
- Partner with marketing to promote culinary identity and fan experience
- Collaborate with partnerships team to maximize sponsorship effectiveness
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators such as voice of the fan and revenue
- Develop dashboard for easy access to F&B data
- Ensure alignment of eatery concepts, pricing and menu offerings with goals
- Oversee day-to-day operations and logistics with F&B partners
- Streamline communications across departments for F&B programming
- Approve organizational structure, staffing levels and training protocols
- Ensure F&B staff participate in service and safety training
- Cultivate culture of accountability and service excellence
- Support premium department in elevated service standards
- Research and implement industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Identify consumer trends to elevate offerings and increase revenue
