Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage operations
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

  • 3+ years proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in sports or hospitality venues
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to perform light labor tasks such as lifting 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Lead overall food and beverage strategy with SI Stadium's F&B partner
  • Serve as central contact for all F&B initiatives across stakeholders
  • Partner with marketing to promote culinary identity and fan experience
  • Collaborate with partnerships team to maximize sponsorship effectiveness
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators such as voice of the fan and revenue
  • Develop dashboard for easy access to F&B data
  • Ensure alignment of eatery concepts, pricing and menu offerings with goals
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and logistics with F&B partners
  • Streamline communications across departments for F&B programming
  • Approve organizational structure, staffing levels and training protocols
  • Ensure F&B staff participate in service and safety training
  • Cultivate culture of accountability and service excellence
  • Support premium department in elevated service standards
  • Research and implement industry best practices and emerging technologies
  • Identify consumer trends to elevate offerings and increase revenue
