Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent experience
- minimum of 1+ years leadership experience in food & beverage
- flexibility regarding scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- experience in driving business, revenue, controlling cost, guest satisfaction and employee engagement
- demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve goals
- strong attention to detail and time management skills
- comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- familiarity with desktop and hospitality software including Microsoft Office Suite, payroll systems, and POS
- successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
- proficiency in food safety and sanitation practices, rules and regulations

Job Duties
- oversees and takes ownership of daily functions of lodge restaurant and bar, quick service, and banquet operations per brand guidelines
- assists F&B leadership in achieving operational objectives by contributing to strategic plans and reviews, implementing standards, resolving problems, and identifying improvements
- participates and follows up in hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and counseling staff
- ensures compliance of staff training courses through Great Wolf University
- supports frontline staff in attending to guest needs to ensure satisfaction
- partners with F&B leaders to supervise food and beverage preparation and presentation across all venues
- assists in guest-facing roles during peak times
- collaborates with culinary and purchasing teams for inventory management and health code adherence
- assists in controlling cost of goods sold and minimizing waste
- ensures adherence to food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- coordinates scheduling and payroll with HR
- monitors equipment operations and maintenance
- participates in inventory procedures to maintain budget and pars
- conducts pre-shift meetings and service audits
- ensures compliance with safety inspections
