Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- At least 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry or similar high volume leadership capacity
- Able to lead and develop ambassadors in daily job task
- A role model for SEA safety, guest service, attendance, cleanliness and wardrobe standards
- Able to work with and lead ambassadors in areas that sell and serve alcohol
- A valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving guidelines preferred
- Able to complete a Food Safety Manager certification and pass the exam
- Lift, carry, push and pull up to 50lbs. on a frequent basis
- Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout work shift
- Frequent bending from waist to floor, kneeling, squatting, simple hand grasping work and fine hand manipulation (computer work/typing, writing)
- Occasional overhead reaching and climbing stairs and ladders
- Work both indoors and outdoors, exposed to a variety of weather conditions
- Perform all cleaning duties, including use of cleaning chemicals
- Able to work a flexible schedule (Includes: Weekends, holidays, catering events and evening hours)
- Flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needs and career development opportunities
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise, train, and counsel Ambassadors
- Perform the job duties you’re supervising
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all team members, guests, and animals
- Develop team members through training, feedback and coaching
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Assist leadership with supervision of planning, directing, and organizational needs of the department with a focus in Catering, Special Events and Consumer Events & Festivals
- Respond to guest and team member needs
- Assist leadership with employees scheduling, training, food ordering and equipment
