Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year leadership experience in food and beverage
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays
- Experienced in driving business revenue, controlling cost and guest satisfaction
- Demonstrated team leadership to meet goals
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation rules and regulations
- Proficient with hospitality software such as Microsoft Office and POS
- Successful criminal background check and drug screen
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Able to bend, stretch, twist, and stand for long periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year leadership experience in food and beverage
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards
- Experienced in business, revenue, cost control, and team leadership
- Proficient with hospitality software including Microsoft Office and payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
- Food safety and sanitation certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Manager-level food safety and alcohol awareness certification preferred
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- Prior management experience in hotel or resort industry preferred
- Experience with kitchen and bar equipment maintenance preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee and take ownership of daily operations of multiple F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, quick-service, and banquets
- Ensure strategic preparation for guest service interactions to achieve monthly KPI goals
- Assist leadership in implementing action plans for operational objectives
- Hire, train, schedule, coach, and counsel staff members
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and compliance with health codes
- Collaborate with culinary and purchasing teams on inventory and cost control
- Conduct service audits and pre-shift meetings to maintain guest satisfaction and quality standards
