Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Experience in fine wine sales or luxury goods management
- Strong knowledge of wine industry and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute commercial strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration capabilities
Job Duties
- Implement strategy for sustained growth of fine wines
- Manage relationships with distributors and prestige accounts
- Oversee brand focus on prestige icon wines and essential luxury wines
- Develop channel strategies for fine wine portfolio across on-premise, off-premise, and e-commerce
- Manage inventory allocations and commercial acceleration plans
- Provide impactful education and training for distributors and trade accounts
- Act as brand ambassador at consumer events and support private client sales
