Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Experience in fine wine sales or luxury goods management
  • Strong knowledge of wine industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute commercial strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration capabilities

Job Duties

  • Implement strategy for sustained growth of fine wines
  • Manage relationships with distributors and prestige accounts
  • Oversee brand focus on prestige icon wines and essential luxury wines
  • Develop channel strategies for fine wine portfolio across on-premise, off-premise, and e-commerce
  • Manage inventory allocations and commercial acceleration plans
  • Provide impactful education and training for distributors and trade accounts
  • Act as brand ambassador at consumer events and support private client sales
