Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or 3 years of applicable experience
- 7 years work experience or 2 years of experience with WillScot
- 3 years experience managing 10 or more employees across more than one location or 2 years of experience with WillScot
- Experience managing a unit or departmental P+L or 2 years of experience with WillScot
- MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook experience
- Experience working directly with customers by phone and email
- Strong customer service orientation, active listening, excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to follow direction and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience applying creativity to problem-solving
- Ability to build sustainable relationships and trust with vendors through open and proactive communication
- Ability to effectively manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years work experience or 2 years experience with WillScot
- Minimum 3 years experience managing 10 or more employees across multiple locations or 2 years experience with WillScot
- Experience managing a unit or departmental profit and loss (P+L) or 2 years experience with WillScot
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience working directly with customers by phone and email
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity in problem-solving
- Ability to build sustainable relationships and trust with vendors through open and proactive communication
- Ability to manage multiple changing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years logistics experience preferred
- Experience in scheduling, route planning, and optimization preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems or contact management platforms preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Knowledge of DOT compliance and vehicle telematics preferred
- Understanding of Hours of Service regulations, Electronic Logging Devices, permitting, etc. preferred
- Experience working with outside vendors including pricing and schedule negotiations preferred

Job Duties
- Conduct business in compliance with all environmental health and safety policies
- Conduct periodic safety meetings and maintain safety documents and logs
- Manage employee health and safety through training, observations, and scheduled assessments
- Provide direct and indirect managerial oversight to branch operational employees including dispatchers, transportation coordinators, production supervisors, drivers, field service technicians, setup crews, and branch coordinator
- Manage delivery and installation profit margin
- Report and document market delivery and installation activities
- Conduct field visits, ride-alongs, and customer inspections
- Schedule deliveries and pick-ups outside of current dispatch schedule as appropriate
- Manage, schedule and assign in-house or vendor drivers in support of on-time pick-up and delivery targets
- Develop dispatch plans reviewing next day, week, and month deliveries and pick-ups
- Coordinate fleet readiness with branch partners to meet customer demand
- Review and receive purchase orders for all transport vendors and arrange permits and escorts as required
- Coordinate employees, vendors, and contractors for timely completion of complex installation and removal
- Ensure drivers document damages at retrieval and return
- Monitor and document driver vehicle inspection reports (DVIR) and preventative maintenance files
- Assist drivers with schedule or route changes
- Define and maintain office and administrative procedures
- Act as local coordinator or point of contact for branch activities such as timekeeping, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, purchase orders, filing, and reception duties
- Manage branch administrative employees when applicable
- Utilize customer feedback to identify process improvement opportunities
- Review driver coaching opportunities and take action
- Conduct performance discussions and training
- Own all DOT compliance within assigned territory
- Perform other duties as assigned
