Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 8-12 years of relevant industry experience
- proven leadership and team management skills
- strong understanding of field marketing and omnichannel strategies
- ability to manage budgets and KPIs
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- willingness to travel up to 50%
- proficiency with marketing tools and reporting platforms
Job Qualifications
- 8-12 years practical experience in running, outdoor, fashion or winter sports industry
- experience managing large teams
- retail experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage the US field marketing team
- create the field marketing program scorecard by implementing KPIs aligned with strategy
- oversee field marketing calendar and schedule
- provide budget management guidelines and tools
- coach and support career development of team members
- ensure collaboration with sales and retail teams
- recommend and implement KPI tracking tools
- manage vehicle logistics
- oversee training handoff to trade marketing and retail teams
- collaborate with trade marketing to align in-store marketing playbooks
- define and support key accounts and doors in harmony with wholesale strategy
- co-create sell-through contests
- ensure merchandising guidelines and POP materials align with shopper experience framework
- recommend swag and giveaways
- design community marketing playbook and recommend partnerships
- manage epicenter ambassador and product seeding programs
- budget and manage demo fleets and event materials
- collaborate on event design and execution
- support focus groups
- manage KPI scorecard adherence and reporting platforms
- prepare business review presentations
- analyze epicenter dashboard and share insights monthly
- understand seasonal business plans and channel reporting
- manage travel and local marketing budgets
- deliver seasonal playbooks and toolkits for the US and Canada
- plan field marketing training events, sales meetings, summits and regional camps
- clarify roles and responsibilities within teams
- coordinate with retail marketing team for event support and program activations
