Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- 7+ years experience in construction, operations or maintenance management of a large resort, hotel or theme park
- 2+ years leadership experience
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, early mornings and evenings
- Consistent attendance
- Ability to perform essential job functions

Job Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Bachelor’s degree in management or technical discipline preferred
- 7+ years experience in construction, operations or maintenance management for large resort, hotel or theme park
- 2+ years leadership experience
- Strong experience in venue management and partnership with third-party vendors
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety procedures
- Maintenance Management certification or General Contractor license preferred
Job Duties
- Manages all facilities and utilities maintenance programs including planned, quick call, discretionary and emergency repairs
- Develops and enforces maintenance standards ensuring compliance with OSHA, Universal Quality Standards and regulatory authorities
- Oversees contracted services through scope development, bidding and contract administration for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, pools, and other specialized equipment
- Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring and career development to maintenance teams
- Ensures Environmental Health and Safety policies are followed and builds a culture of safety
- Drives initiatives to enhance team member satisfaction, guest satisfaction and safety standards
- Plans and manages routine budgets for capital and expense projects, monitoring financials and labor optimization
- Facilitates communication within Technical Services and resort leadership for operational readiness and safety
- Leads special projects and seasonal initiatives focused on sustainability and labor optimization
- Performs other duties as assigned
