Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- 7+ years of experience in construction, operations, or maintenance management of a large resort, hotel, or theme park
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- experience within a seasonal or regional theme park preferred
- Maintenance Management certification and/or General Contractor license preferred
- willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- consistent attendance
- ability to perform job duties satisfactorily
- adherence to company policies and applicable laws

- Strong experience in venue management and partnership with third-party vendors
- analytical and problem-solving skills

- knowledge of OSHA and relevant regulatory compliance

- familiarity with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Manages all aspects of the facilities and utilities maintenance program including planned, quick call, discretionary, and emergency repair work
- develops and refines maintenance standards and ensures OSHA and Universal Quality Standards compliance
- secures reliable and cost-effective contracted services via scope development, competitive bidding, and contract oversight
- oversees partnerships with third-party vendors for major repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, restaurant equipment, and pool maintenance
- manages and leads the team by providing leadership, coaching, mentoring, and career development
- drives and executes plans to improve Team Member satisfaction, Guest satisfaction, and safety standards
- facilitates effective communication across Technical Services and UKR leadership for safety, show quality, and operational readiness
- plans, prepares, and manages routine budgets for capital and expense projects
- actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities according to UDX policies
