- Proven product owner experience
- Strong leadership abilities

- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
- Willingness to work onsite in Miami
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in product design or a similar role developing consumer experiences
- Proven experience as a product owner
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and bringing high-quality products to market
- Experience working with architects, designers, creative, and innovation consultants is a plus
- Background in the travel industry is advantageous
- Experience managing projects in fast-paced environments with demanding timelines
- Skills in project management, consumer insights, or strategy highly preferred
- Ability to provide vision and leadership across multiple partners and stages including product definition, design, and construction
- Experience developing strategy and executive-level product or business recommendations
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of the time
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process management
- Ability to build strong, sustainable relationships across all organizational levels
Job Duties
- Manage and lead a team responsible for ideating, planning, and delivering high-quality guest experiences for Celebrity Cruises
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, Newbuild, Sales, and external creative partners to develop and execute product concepts
- Develop detailed guest journey mappings, product playbooks, and integrated planning to align with strategic brand goals
- Evaluate and improve existing destination tours, shore experiences, and onboard programming for product differentiation and guest satisfaction
- Oversee the operational rollout of new concepts, modernization efforts, and private destination programming ensuring feasibility and excellence
- Establish and maintain experience design standards and playbooks consistent with the Celebrity Cruises brand essence
- Manage personnel functions such as hiring, training, and development while coaching team members to grow skills and meet role requirements
