Job Requirements
- 5 years in event production or event management
- ability to develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with others (clients, vendors, project managers, and internal employees)
- strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Workday
- experience using ShoFlo preferred
- effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to relay basic technical production needs with clients and internal technical team (operations, logistics, technical production)
- experience supervising a production crew of 3-50 people consisting of internal team members, vendors, and contractors
- experience negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and artists
- ability to work on multiple events at one time and handle frequent interruptions while maintaining a positive attitude
- ability to adapt to new people, demands, environments, and computer software
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- create detailed timelines for team members, vendors, and clients
- create and implement budgets for each event
- conduct venue and vendor research
- create presentations and proposals for the layout of the event
- conceptualize and manage artwork design and production
- serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and other internal departments and coordinate needs to ensure successful event execution
- partner with appropriate departments to determine technical and logistical operation needs for events based on client needs
- supervise and direct cross-functional team of 3-50 event staff on-site
- create and write scripts for onstage talent and in-stadium announcers
- manage teleprompter for onstage talent
- travel to and from event site
- other duties as assigned
