Job Duties
- Manage and support development and alumni relations related events
- create and manage timelines, checklists, budgets, staffing and logistics for events
- direct activities from inception to completion
- develop strategies, budgets and objectives for events
- develop and enhance invitation database lists and reports
- negotiate and coordinate with external vendors
- manage special committees for events and lead them towards goals
- oversee all staff working events and provide training
- design and develop event sequences and programs
- create and manage event budgets, reconcile expenses and control expenditures
