Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of recent experience in the events industry
- Five years of direct people leadership and team management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- High-level knowledge of Cvent platform
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM integration
- Strong communication skills
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- Minimum five years of recent experience in the Events industry preferably in professional services or corporate events
- Five years of direct people leadership and team management experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent professional experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High-level knowledge of the Cvent strategic meeting management platform
- Demonstrated experience with event platform integrations, specifically Cvent to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- General experience with Salesforce CRM
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
- Proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of leadership
- Ability to foster a client-focused, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Manage the strategic roadmap for Events and Meetings technology focusing on Cvent-Salesforce integrations
- Provide operational support and drive process improvements
- Manage incident resolution and enhancement prioritization
- Guide and mentor nearshore and offshore delivery teams
- Coordinate projects and oversee onboarding, career development, and performance of team members
- Act as primary relationship owner and escalation contact for internal partners, key vendors, and industry partners
- Establish and track key performance indicators and lead data analysis to create reports
- Leverage technical and event management expertise to act as a subject matter expert
- Proactively implement new ideas to enhance service offerings and user experience
- Uphold KPMG's work environment standards with integrity and professionalism
