Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or equivalent experience
- Five plus years of experience in corporate meeting and event planning
- Ability to work independently
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Proficiency with event technology platforms including Cvent, SmartSheets, Workfront
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional demeanor and respectful interaction with others
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent events
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Five plus years in executing the full lifecycle of corporate meeting and event planning
- Professional demeanor with respectful treatment of others
- Ability to work independently and take direction
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Desire to utilize technology platforms such as Cvent, SmartSheets, Workfront
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or equivalent experience
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) preferred
Job Duties
- Independently manage mid-range to complex event logistics, budget management and communications for internal and external client-facing meetings and events
- Work with multiple stakeholders on events in multiple U.S. locations
- Lead venue research for site selection and request for proposal process
- Manage contracting and negotiations with venues, catering, hotel, AV, and other event vendors including obtaining legal approvals
- Create and distribute logistical event communications to attendees
- Lead food and beverage/menu selection, develop event themes, décor, transportation, and lodging
- Conduct expense tracking, budget reconciliation, and archiving
- Develop and distribute event surveys and client follow-up
- Support collection of event metrics and partnership efforts to showcase ROI
