Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 3+ years of experience in event operations, hospitality, or theme parks
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong background in special events and union environments
- excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- commitment to delivering exceptional guest memorable moments
- proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- professional appearance in line with USH standards
- flexibility for additional duties as assigned

Job Duties
- develop event prospectuses and communications for internal and external stakeholders
- support budget creation and financial tracking
- prepare event recaps as directed
- manage operational planning for events including social gatherings, activations, picnics, park buyouts, and annual passholder events
- coordinate logistics such as site requests, construction elements, and guest flow
- partner with entry teams for registration, ticketing, and entry processes
- act as event lead for assigned events throughout the year
- monitor park street closures and guest experience during operational impacts
- participate in OPX meetings and provide operational updates
- supervise event operations and hospitality staff including union team members ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements
- maintain the event operations master calendar and contribute to bi-weekly meetings
- collaborate with corporate communications on sound ordinance compliance and assist with hiring LAPS representatives as needed
- build strong relationships with internal event teams and support employee development initiatives
- oversee VIP hospitality for select events such as FFN, HHN, and EVE
- provide on-site support during events and assist with VIP/Special Events reporting
- full-time, on-site role at an NBCUniversal-designated location
