Job Requirements

  • College diploma (or equivalent) in live entertainment or theatre production (or equivalent work experience)
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Position required licenses
  • Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality
  • Prolonged sitting/standing
  • Bending and reaching
  • Transporting, pushing, pulling, lifting, and maneuvering items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Eye/hand coordination
  • Ability to comply with policies and procedures, job description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (MSDS) and other instructions

Job Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in a management function with large scale, location based, live theatrical production and convention/special events
  • At least three years in a leadership/management role in a similar or related field
  • Must have experience with project planning and management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and graphic management
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to operate with multiple deadlines
  • Full knowledge of all product and equipment within job scope
  • Polished appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English
  • Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Knowledge of OSHA health and safety protocols
  • Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting preferred
  • Technical-level knowledge and experience with digital and analog A/V technologies preferred

Job Duties

  • Logistics planning and execution support for special events and shows across property involving entertainment production support
  • Maintaining communication with all clients, internal team members, and external vendors
  • Establishing and maintaining technical production relationships with vendors and internal/external partners
  • Working alongside the Zouk production department to deliver a maximum level of customer service and production value
  • Vetting quotes and processing invoices
  • Generating, overseeing, and tracking event/show schedules and timelines
  • Managing multiple functions simultaneously to meet deadlines
  • Contributing to the financial health of the property outlets by maximizing revenue opportunities and controlling costs
  • Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Adhere to and promote all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations related to show operation
  • Participate in all required health and safety classes and emergency rescue procedure training
  • Use personal device/cellular phone for job-related operational tasks
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested
