Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, human resources, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in a leadership role within internal communications, employee engagement, or event management
- Proven history of successful internal communications strategy development
- Experience planning and managing large-scale corporate events
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Capability to lead and develop a team effectively
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, human resources, or related field
- Proven experience developing multi-channel internal communications strategies
- Demonstrated event planning and execution expertise for large corporate gatherings
- 1-3 years leadership experience focused on internal communications, engagement, or event management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate business objectives into creative communication and event plans
- Experience mentoring and developing administrative staff
Job Duties
- Lead internal communications by developing and executing comprehensive strategies for Revenue Cycle
- Plan and execute large-scale events including budgeting, logistics, content development, and vendor management
- Champion teammate feedback by integrating their insights into communications and event initiatives
- Collaborate with HR, Operations, and corporate communications to align strategies with company goals
- Manage and mentor the administrative support team, including task delegation and performance management
- Oversee team engagement activities to enhance morale and connection among teammates
