Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, human resources, or related field
  • 1-3 years experience in a leadership role within internal communications, employee engagement, or event management
  • Proven history of successful internal communications strategy development
  • Experience planning and managing large-scale corporate events
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Capability to lead and develop a team effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, human resources, or related field
  • Proven experience developing multi-channel internal communications strategies
  • Demonstrated event planning and execution expertise for large corporate gatherings
  • 1-3 years leadership experience focused on internal communications, engagement, or event management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate business objectives into creative communication and event plans
  • Experience mentoring and developing administrative staff

Job Duties

  • Lead internal communications by developing and executing comprehensive strategies for Revenue Cycle
  • Plan and execute large-scale events including budgeting, logistics, content development, and vendor management
  • Champion teammate feedback by integrating their insights into communications and event initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and corporate communications to align strategies with company goals
  • Manage and mentor the administrative support team, including task delegation and performance management
  • Oversee team engagement activities to enhance morale and connection among teammates
