Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must maintain composure and organization in a hectic environment
  • Physical ability to perform constant walking, stair climbing, lifting, and carrying equipment
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs using proper techniques
  • Flexible team player with a one team mentality
  • Empathy and sensitivity to individuals with disabilities
  • Strong computer skills
  • Passion for delivering memorable fan experiences

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a comparable role
  • Strong communication skills including public speaking and meeting facilitation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CANVA
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with creative solutions
  • Ability to engage and motivate employees and guests
  • Understanding of service and accessibility standards
  • Positive outlook and empathetic approach to guest and employee needs

Job Duties

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement employee engagement initiatives including newsletters and communication tools
  • Manage upkeep and atmosphere of employee break areas incorporating care elements
  • Administer employee recognition programs fostering a unified team culture
  • Lead service-focused training and coaching for venue staff collaborating with department managers
  • Develop fan experience initiatives including service recovery and accessibility measures
  • Complete and manage day-of-show and post-show reports and analyze guest service data for improvements
  • Collaborate with venue leadership to identify and implement process improvements and special projects
