Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2+ years of experience in event management or event planning and execution
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
  • Willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions including extreme heat and cold
  • Ability to work in moderate to very loud noise environments
  • Physical dexterity to complete tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2+ years of experience in event management or event planning and execution preferably in the sports industry
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling
  • Knowledge of event operations and vendor coordination
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • Plan, coordinate, and take ownership of specifically assigned events including client meetings, vendor staff direction, billing, invoice generation, and settlements
  • Compile and distribute event-related information
  • Coordinate scheduling services with vendors, police, fire, paramedic, and other providers
  • Provide game day assistance including managing ticket sales activations and coordinating supporter groups
  • Manage small to mid-sized projects independently and assist on large scale capital projects
  • Prioritize and schedule vendor work, coordinate work site locations, and track progress to completion
  • Assist in developing and implementing venue standard operating procedures and guidelines
  • Maintain daily venue room space usage and Private Events Calendar
