Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2+ years of experience in event management or event planning and execution
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions including extreme heat and cold
- Ability to work in moderate to very loud noise environments
- Physical dexterity to complete tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- 1-2+ years of experience in event management or event planning and execution preferably in the sports industry
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling
- Knowledge of event operations and vendor coordination
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and take ownership of specifically assigned events including client meetings, vendor staff direction, billing, invoice generation, and settlements
- Compile and distribute event-related information
- Coordinate scheduling services with vendors, police, fire, paramedic, and other providers
- Provide game day assistance including managing ticket sales activations and coordinating supporter groups
- Manage small to mid-sized projects independently and assist on large scale capital projects
- Prioritize and schedule vendor work, coordinate work site locations, and track progress to completion
- Assist in developing and implementing venue standard operating procedures and guidelines
- Maintain daily venue room space usage and Private Events Calendar
