- Experience in developing and managing an allergen program
- Experience in developing and managing kosher, halal, and other religious dietary needs
- Strong communication skills

- Forward thinking with ability to foster interpersonal relationships
- Public speaking skills
- Experience in recipe development and testing
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Manage the retail dining portfolio and provide day-to-day operational direction of contract partners in setting offerings, programming, and service concepts
- Collaborate with Dining and University partners to promote growth opportunities for local businesses
- Work with Facilities/Project Manager to ensure campus dining facilities are well maintained
- Collaborate with Campus Executive Chef on menu development and culinary training
- Represent dining services to students and the campus community
- Facilitate catering opportunities for sub-contract vendors in coordination with the Director for Dining
- Perform other duties as assigned
