Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, commercial real estate, investment analysis, or related industry
  • Spanish language fluency
  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail
  • Proficient in CRM and BI tools

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, commercial real estate, investment analysis, or related industry
  • Spanish language fluency

  • Proactive self-starter with a desire to learn and develop
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated proficiency with CRM and BI tools
  • Advanced degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience with hotel development, franchise contract sales, or commercial real estate transactions preferred

Job Duties

  • Generate and qualify deal leads
  • Assist lead Developers in advancing deals to execution
  • Optimize deal workflows from lead to execution
  • Drive accountability with partner functions
  • Ensure consistent delivery of materials needed to advance deals
  • Collaborate with key partners including Feasibility, Design, Legal, and Development Finance
  • Acquire and demonstrate skills necessary to perform as a lead Developer
