Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, commercial real estate, investment analysis, or related industry
- Spanish language fluency
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail
- Proficient in CRM and BI tools
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, commercial real estate, investment analysis, or related industry

- Demonstrated proficiency with CRM and BI tools
- Advanced degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience with hotel development, franchise contract sales, or commercial real estate transactions preferred
Job Duties
- Generate and qualify deal leads
- Assist lead Developers in advancing deals to execution
- Optimize deal workflows from lead to execution
- Drive accountability with partner functions
- Ensure consistent delivery of materials needed to advance deals
- Collaborate with key partners including Feasibility, Design, Legal, and Development Finance
- Acquire and demonstrate skills necessary to perform as a lead Developer
