Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business/commerce, or a related field with a strong quantitative focus
- U.S. Licensed Customs Broker or equivalent international certification, education, and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in corporate trade compliance with demonstrated knowledge of import/export regulations and global trade practices

Job Duties
- Lead and manage North American trade compliance for imports and exports, ensuring alignment with corporate policies
- Oversee transportation and logistics operations, vendor performance, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement trade compliance procedures, training, and manuals
- Ensure accurate customs data (HTS, COO, ECCN, valuation, Incoterms) across the supply chain
- Collaborate with internal teams (tax, legal, IT, procurement) and external partners to ensure compliant cross-border operations
- Manage customs brokers and logistics providers, supporting timely, compliant deliveries
- Identify scalable solutions to improve compliance, reduce costs, and streamline operations
- Guide day-to-day trade compliance matters, including audits, duty programs, and government agency requirements
- Lead sourcing strategies and contract negotiations for customs and transportation services
