Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- 3+ years of cost accounting, financial analysis or business experience
- ability to work a flexible and varying schedule based on business needs
- consistent attendance

- compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws
Job Qualifications

- CPA preferred
- 3+ years of cost accounting, financial analysis or business experience
- ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- knowledge of financial reporting and budget development
- leadership and supervisory skills
- understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities
- effective communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Tracks costs
- researches financial variances
- provides explanations and recommends solutions to management
- prepares cost estimates and analyses for special projects
- makes recommendations regarding operational decisions relative to projects
- executes month-end close journal entries
- processes and balances sheet account reconciliations within required deadlines
- prepares financial reports summarizing and detailing the performance of venues
- guides operating division management in the development of annual operating budgets
- supervises Cost Analyst by providing leadership, coaching, mentoring, career development, and performance management
- ensures Cost Analyst is meeting all objectives and accountabilities
- participates in Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities by following established policies, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities
- performs other duties as assigned
