Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Process Engineering or related field
- Five to seven years of experience in production or process method development
- At least three to five years of experience in manufacturing or automotive industry
- Ability to lead workshops and facilitate teams
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Toyota Production System principles
- Proven success in Lean manufacturing implementations
- Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or Lean Master preferred
- Familiarity with Total Quality Management concepts
- Experience with Change Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Windows software
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet airline industry demands
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial or Process Engineering or equivalent experience
- Five to seven years of experience in developing and implementing production or process methods
- Three to five years of experience in manufacturing or automotive industry
- Effective workshop facilitator skills
- Experience in leading teams, driving change, and delivering results
- Knowledge of lean concepts including Toyota Production System principles
- Proven track record in Lean manufacturing and success in process redesign
- Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or Lean Master Certification preferred
- Knowledge of Total Quality Management
- Change Management experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient with Windows-based software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels
Job Duties
- Implement and drive continuous improvement across CSC in close coordination with management staff
- Implement LSG Production System for CSC in line with corporate and regional policies
- Teach the principles of lean and other process improvements and provide training within area of CSC such as Kaizen events
- Support CSC in implementation of Regional Operational Excellence Strategy, guidelines, and policies
- Support CSC management teams to achieve business targets (KPIs)
- Define continuous improvement targets with management staff and report performance against operational objectives
- Analyze cost reduction potential and deliver budget results related to productivity and process improvements
- Report on KPIs for quality, productivity costs, and service delivery
- Ensure communication and know-how sharing processes between CSCs in the country and region
- Identify and train CSC departmental management and core employees on production system methodology and lean principles
