Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 3+ years proven consultative sales and/or client service experience in high technology
- demonstrated ability to lead and mentor subordinates
- 1+ years of management experience preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- proficiency with relevant software and tools
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years proven consultative sales and/or client service experience in high technology
- demonstrated ability to lead and mentor subordinates
- 1+ years of management preferred
- ability to deliver company objectives to associates and develop execution plans
- proven ability to understand enterprise-wide issues and structure innovative conference solutions
- established C-level engagement
- extensive industry-specific and account knowledge
Job Duties
- Manage 6-8 conference registration partners in a geographic region
- monitor and roll up monthly and quarterly forecasts
- work with CRP on accounts to drive ticket holder engagement and conference attendance
- implement employee and client retention strategy
- performance management of associates
- create individual development plans for associates
- encourage and champion training efforts
- conduct review and plan sessions with CRP
- understand client prospect markets and assist CRP in planning
- maintain comprehensive understanding of competition
