Job Requirements
- 21 years of age
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- High school diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred
- Valid Alcohol Awareness card (TAM) or certification/license as required
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury resort concierge preferred
- Working knowledge of Lodging Management System, GoConcierge or Alice, Microsoft Office, OpenTable and Arctics
- Ability to type at least 45 wpm preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- 2 years experience in luxury resort concierge preferred
- Working knowledge of LMS, GoConcierge or Alice, Microsoft Office, OpenTable, Arctics
- Ability to type at least 45 wpm preferred

- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Proven leadership and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Provide information to all guest inquiries, commendations and challenges while coordinating a healthy and positive work environment
- Support the management team and The Venetian Resort
- Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features, services, attractions, amenities, locations and hours of operation, competitor restaurant concepts, menu price range, dress code and ambiance, hotel suite types, numbers/names, amenities, and locations, local events, attractions, holiday schedules
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times by resolving complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Supervise the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with company’s core service standards and brand attributes
- Maintain Concierge code of ethics and behave in a professional and kind manner representing The Venetian Resort and the Concierge profession
- Manage department responsibilities including hiring, promotions, teamwork promotion, performance feedback, discipline, recognition, and termination
- Provide ideas and suggestions for new products, services, technology and processes to ensure competitive position
- Manage administrative functions including human resources transactions
- Manage multiple priorities including phone lines, scheduling, resort business, telecom duties, briefings, company updates and deliveries
- Hold discretion of comping
- Create and maintain daily shift meeting agendas
- Inventory and order daily operating supplies
- Maintain consistent and regular attendance
- Perform other related duties as assigned
