Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years experience in food and beverage management, preferably in an airport or similar high-volume environment
  • Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage leases and contracts
  • Experience with market research and trend analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively
  • Proficiency in using financial and project management software
  • Ability to work onsite three days a week including mandatory presence on Tuesdays and either Monday or Friday

  • Proven track record of success in the food and beverage industry, ideally in an airport or large-scale venue setting
  • Excellent business acumen including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

Job Duties

  • Monitor emerging industry trends and recommend necessary changes to concessions or business concepts
  • Actively engage in market research, seminars, and trade shows
  • Collect, evaluate and interpret real estate and financial data
  • Prepare clear and comprehensive reports, research studies, feasibility analysis, and financial documents
  • Conduct weekly terminal site inspections and regular inspections during tenant construction projects
  • Respond to questions and complaints and provide information on airport policies and operations
  • Review and coordinate lease agreement actions and implement approvals
  • Draft, modify, and finalize lease documents and provide interpretations
  • Analyze monthly revenue reports and sales performance to ensure lease compliance
  • Maintain tenant relations and facilitate coordination meetings
  • Resolve complaints and conflicts to ensure excellent tenant relations
  • Participate in tenant and department meetings
  • Conduct supplemental operational audits to improve passenger experience
  • Manage MAC sustainability initiatives and committees
  • Propose and manage passenger experience and revenue opportunities during construction
  • Serve as liaison between concessionaires and marketing to identify promotion opportunities
