Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality management, airport administration or a related field
- Five years of professional experience leading and managing food and beverage operations
- In lieu of a degree, nine years of experience leading and managing food and beverage operations
- Experience analyzing financial performance reports
- Ability to exercise independence and initiative in project administration
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong business sense and problem-solving skills
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience conducting formal presentations
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle for commuting
- Experience writing and managing lease agreements preferred
- Experience in food and beverage concept development preferred
- Experience creating and managing budgets preferred
- Successful implementation of revenue growth initiatives preferred
- Airport concession or leasing experience preferred
- Participation in RFP or solicitation development preferred
- Experience with project management software preferred

Job Duties
- Monitor emerging industry trends and recommend program adjustments
- Engage in market research, seminars, and trade shows to stay current
- Collect and interpret real estate and financial data
- Prepare reports, feasibility studies, and financial analysis
- Review ordinances and policies and recommend changes
- Conduct weekly site inspections and audit concession units
- Respond to tenant questions and complaints
- Review, draft, and finalize lease agreements and amendments
- Coordinate with finance on accounting and collection actions
- Analyze monthly revenue and sales performance reports
- Maintain tenant relations to ensure compliance
- Facilitate tenant coordination meetings
- Resolve conflicts and ensure excellent tenant relations
- Participate in tenant and department meetings
- Assist in developing business tools for customer service and revenue growth
- Manage sustainability initiatives and committees
- Propose and manage revenue opportunities during disruptions
- Serve as liaison between concessionaires and marketing
- Provide feedback on physical premises and customer service
