The Fresno Grizzlies are the Single-A affiliate of the Colorado Rockies and are known for bringing exciting baseball and family fun to Chukchansi Park, a central hub for baseball in Central California. Job Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably high-volume concessions
- commitment to delivering exceptional fan experience
- customer service orientation with ability to interact with management
- knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory control, labor management, quality control, responsible beverage service
- excellent communication skills
- familiarity with POS and BOH systems and troubleshooting
- bachelor's degree preferred
- availability to work all Fresno Grizzlies home games and non-baseball events

Job Duties
- Hire, train, and manage a team of seasonal employees
- ensure the proper setup of all concession stands, portables, and bars
- maintain a strong presence in all concession areas throughout events, troubleshooting issues
- provide concessions team with necessary information for successful operations
- collaborate with Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage to create and execute concession menu
- manage costs related to labor, food and beverage, operating supplies, and smallwares within budget
- ensure all equipment is operational and cleaned regularly
- communicate constantly with front office regarding attendance updates
- manage communication with nonprofit organizations and subcontractors
- assist Director of Food & Beverage with nightly and monthly inventory and reporting
- perform other duties and support other departments as needed
