Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- ten years related industry experience
- valid driver's license
- proficiency in company software and hardware
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- strong attention to detail
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work outdoors in varying weather
- flexibility to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

- ten years industry-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- proficiency in company software and hardware
- valid driver's license

- ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- flexibility to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- serve as a project manager on multiple critical initiatives related to the execution of NASCAR events
- serve as race director for NASCAR development and ARCA touring series
- travel to racetracks for site visits to conduct surveys and report on facility preparedness
- act as liaison between NASCAR and venues during construction projects
- coordinate with broadcast partners and internal departments on event logistics and display equipment
- compile and submit reports on facility conditions and improvement plans
- produce operational handbooks for key departments
- lead pre- and post-event logistics debriefs
- participate in NASCAR National Series rule book development
- coordinate event schedules with track leads, media, marketing, and event experience personnel
