Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • ten years related industry experience
  • valid driver's license
  • proficiency in company software and hardware
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work outdoors in varying weather
  • flexibility to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • ten years industry-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • proficiency in company software and hardware
  • valid driver's license
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
  • flexibility to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • serve as a project manager on multiple critical initiatives related to the execution of NASCAR events
  • serve as race director for NASCAR development and ARCA touring series
  • travel to racetracks for site visits to conduct surveys and report on facility preparedness
  • act as liaison between NASCAR and venues during construction projects
  • coordinate with broadcast partners and internal departments on event logistics and display equipment
  • compile and submit reports on facility conditions and improvement plans
  • produce operational handbooks for key departments
  • lead pre- and post-event logistics debriefs
  • participate in NASCAR National Series rule book development
  • coordinate event schedules with track leads, media, marketing, and event experience personnel
