Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or similar level of education
  • minimum of approximately 5 years work experience in events operations
  • proven track-record in managing complex projects
  • ability to adopt strategic view and act promptly
  • ability to operate in high pressure and fast paced environment
  • experience managing international events or multi-office international organizations
  • innovator with added-value approaches towards rights delivery
  • fluent in English
  • proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a plus
  • proficient in MS Office and planning software and online collaboration tools

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and oversee operational implementation of FIFA World Cup Commercial Partners agreements
  • work with stadium venue management and authorities to deliver partners rights and obligations
  • coordinate stadium inspections and operational visits
  • ensure implementation of clean site policies and exclusivity in official sites
  • implement marketing projects including Value-in-Kind and Special Marketing Programmes
  • serve as primary contact for addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • support marketing suppliers in delivering obligations
  • assist Commercial Rights Delivery team and venue team during tournament
  • prepare reports, guidelines, and presentations on rights delivery progress
  • prepare tournament debrief reports
  • perform other duties as required
