Job Duties
- Develop and implement a unique cafe or restaurant concept within the Saanu framework
- Manage daily operations of the cafe, public sauna, and The Jennings Hotel
- Ensure seamless guest experiences that prioritize hospitality and connection
- Provide leadership that inspires, unifies, and motivates staff
- Maintain attention to detail in all operational and culinary tasks
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all areas
- Foster effective teamwork, flexibility, organization, and communication among team members
