Job Duties

  • Develop and implement a unique cafe or restaurant concept within the Saanu framework
  • Manage daily operations of the cafe, public sauna, and The Jennings Hotel
  • Ensure seamless guest experiences that prioritize hospitality and connection
  • Provide leadership that inspires, unifies, and motivates staff
  • Maintain attention to detail in all operational and culinary tasks
  • Deliver exceptional guest service across all areas
  • Foster effective teamwork, flexibility, organization, and communication among team members
