Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- previous leadership experience in the food and beverage industry
- strong commitment to customer service
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including home games and other events
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- familiarity with POS and BOH systems
Job Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in the food and beverage industry, to include large-scale catering and premium operations
- strong commitment to delivering on an exceptional fan experience
- customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management
- strong working knowledge of all facets of the food and beverage industry, including but not limited to food safety, sanitation, inventory control, labor management, quality control, responsible beverage service
- excellent written and verbal communication
- ability to collaborate and influence
- familiarity with various POS and BOH systems and the ability to troubleshoot these systems when needed
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- ability to work all New Hampshire Fisher Cats home games and non-baseball events
Job Duties
- Hire, train, and manage a team of seasonal employees
- maintain a strong presence in all hospitality areas throughout the entirety of the event
- initiate contact with clients to obtain their food and beverage orders prior to the event and act as primary point of contact before, during, and after the event
- collaborate with the Executive Chef and Director of F&B to create and execute an exciting premium menu
- work closely with the Director of F&B to manage costs as it relates to labor, food and beverage, operating supplies, smallwares, etc working within established budgets
- ensure that all equipment is in proper operational condition and is cleaned on a regular basis
- maintain a consistent level of service, including suite or picnic setup, menu presentation, food quality, and overall event execution
