Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • previous leadership experience in the food and beverage industry
  • strong commitment to customer service
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including home games and other events
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • familiarity with POS and BOH systems

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience in the food and beverage industry, to include large-scale catering and premium operations
  • strong commitment to delivering on an exceptional fan experience
  • customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management
  • strong working knowledge of all facets of the food and beverage industry, including but not limited to food safety, sanitation, inventory control, labor management, quality control, responsible beverage service
  • excellent written and verbal communication
  • ability to collaborate and influence
  • familiarity with various POS and BOH systems and the ability to troubleshoot these systems when needed
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • ability to work all New Hampshire Fisher Cats home games and non-baseball events

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of seasonal employees
  • maintain a strong presence in all hospitality areas throughout the entirety of the event
  • initiate contact with clients to obtain their food and beverage orders prior to the event and act as primary point of contact before, during, and after the event
  • collaborate with the Executive Chef and Director of F&B to create and execute an exciting premium menu
  • work closely with the Director of F&B to manage costs as it relates to labor, food and beverage, operating supplies, smallwares, etc working within established budgets
  • ensure that all equipment is in proper operational condition and is cleaned on a regular basis
  • maintain a consistent level of service, including suite or picnic setup, menu presentation, food quality, and overall event execution
