Job Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in the food and beverage industry
- strong commitment to delivering on an exceptional fan experience
- customer service oriented with ability to interact with all levels of management
- strong working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory control, labor management, quality control, responsible beverage service
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- familiarity with various POS and BOH systems
- bachelor's degree preferred
- ability to work all New Hampshire Fisher Cats home games and non-baseball events

Job Duties
- Hire, train, and manage a team of seasonal employees
- maintain a strong presence in all hospitality areas throughout the entirety of the event
- initiate contact with clients to obtain their food and beverage orders prior to the event and act as primary point of contact before, during, and after the event
- collaborate with the Executive Chef and Director of F&B to create and execute an exciting premium menu
- work closely with the Director of F&B to manage costs as it relates to labor, food and beverage, operating supplies, smallwares, etc within established budgets
- ensure that all equipment is in proper operational condition and is cleaned on a regular basis
- maintain a consistent level of service including suite or picnic setup, menu presentation, food quality, and overall event execution
- constantly communicate with the front office for information and updates regarding attendance in hospitality areas
- perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required
- support other departments as needed
