Job Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience in the food and beverage industry
  • strong commitment to delivering on an exceptional fan experience
  • customer service oriented with ability to interact with all levels of management
  • strong working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory control, labor management, quality control, responsible beverage service
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • familiarity with various POS and BOH systems
  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • ability to work all New Hampshire Fisher Cats home games and non-baseball events

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of seasonal employees
  • maintain a strong presence in all hospitality areas throughout the entirety of the event
  • initiate contact with clients to obtain their food and beverage orders prior to the event and act as primary point of contact before, during, and after the event
  • collaborate with the Executive Chef and Director of F&B to create and execute an exciting premium menu
  • work closely with the Director of F&B to manage costs as it relates to labor, food and beverage, operating supplies, smallwares, etc within established budgets
  • ensure that all equipment is in proper operational condition and is cleaned on a regular basis
  • maintain a consistent level of service including suite or picnic setup, menu presentation, food quality, and overall event execution
  • constantly communicate with the front office for information and updates regarding attendance in hospitality areas
  • perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required
  • support other departments as needed
