Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five plus years of relevant experience
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Proof of valid car insurance

- Proficient in data analysis and decision-making
- Experience in project and strategic planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and scheduling software
- Prior leadership experience in music or large-scale entertainment operations
- Knowledge of financial principles and vendor management
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Job Duties
- Oversee daily studio operations by collaborating with production show, music, technical, and casting managers
- Conduct regular facility inspections and preventive maintenance to uphold health and safety standards
- Track team member arrivals and departures and schedule necessary transportation
- Deliver orientation sessions and assist with travel disruptions and visa documentation
- Manage the master rehearsal schedule in partnership with Casting and Booking leadership
- Ensure safety and security of Carnival Studios through routine checks and partnership with security vendors
- Lead, develop, and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
