  • Five plus years of relevant experience
  • Valid Florida driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Proof of valid car insurance

  • Proficient in data analysis and decision-making
  • Experience in project and strategic planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and scheduling software
  • Prior leadership experience in music or large-scale entertainment operations
  • Knowledge of financial principles and vendor management

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily studio operations by collaborating with production show, music, technical, and casting managers
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and preventive maintenance to uphold health and safety standards
  • Track team member arrivals and departures and schedule necessary transportation
  • Deliver orientation sessions and assist with travel disruptions and visa documentation
  • Manage the master rehearsal schedule in partnership with Casting and Booking leadership
  • Ensure safety and security of Carnival Studios through routine checks and partnership with security vendors
  • Lead, develop, and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
