Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, or hospitality
  • 5+ years progressive experience in logistics or hospitality management
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
  • Authorized to work in the United States full-time without sponsorship
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven project planning and execution experience
  • Knowledge of health, safety regulations and sustainability policies
  • Familiarity with campus management trends
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to develop innovative employee engagement solutions
  • Event planning experience
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods
  • Experience working in environments with noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, or hospitality
  • 5+ years progressive experience in logistics or hospitality management
  • Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Proven project planning and management abilities
  • Deep understanding of health, safety regulations and sustainability policies
  • Familiarity with campus management trends and data analysis tools like Power BI
  • Creative thinking for employee engagement and event planning
  • Experience in on-site management in a laboratory or manufacturing environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of cafeteria, waste management, mailroom, and general storage ensuring smooth and efficient services
  • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives like water recovery to meet group goals
  • Ensure compliance with employee and visitor onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Track and analyze space utilization to optimize office, lab, and storage resources
  • Manage and maintain site certifications including LEED, O&M, and WELL ensuring ongoing compliance
  • Support employee engagement initiatives such as gardens and sports competitions through creative planning and resource allocation
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes
  • Develop and implement digital platforms to enhance efficiency of soft services department
