Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, or hospitality
- 5+ years progressive experience in logistics or hospitality management
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time without sponsorship
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven project planning and execution experience
- Knowledge of health, safety regulations and sustainability policies
- Familiarity with campus management trends
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Ability to develop innovative employee engagement solutions
- Event planning experience
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods
- Experience working in environments with noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, or hospitality
- 5+ years progressive experience in logistics or hospitality management
- Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Proven project planning and management abilities
- Deep understanding of health, safety regulations and sustainability policies
- Familiarity with campus management trends and data analysis tools like Power BI
- Creative thinking for employee engagement and event planning
- Experience in on-site management in a laboratory or manufacturing environment
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of cafeteria, waste management, mailroom, and general storage ensuring smooth and efficient services
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives like water recovery to meet group goals
- Ensure compliance with employee and visitor onboarding and offboarding processes
- Track and analyze space utilization to optimize office, lab, and storage resources
- Manage and maintain site certifications including LEED, O&M, and WELL ensuring ongoing compliance
- Support employee engagement initiatives such as gardens and sports competitions through creative planning and resource allocation
- Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes
- Develop and implement digital platforms to enhance efficiency of soft services department
