Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or business management
- Minimum six years of experience in manufacturing with direct leadership roles
- Proven experience implementing lean methodologies at the factory level
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale change management
- Proficiency in fostering collaborative work environments in manufacturing settings
- Experience designing and implementing effective business processes and systems
- Willingness to travel 50-60% depending on location

- Proven ability to implement lean manufacturing methodologies
- Experience with large-scale change management projects
- Skilled in promoting standardized processes and collaborating within factory environments
- Track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives with sustained results
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and enhance manufacturing performance
Job Duties
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and build effective matrixed teams
- Coach and develop brewery leaders and hourly staff on lean methodologies
- Consult and advise Brewery Leadership on lean strategies and implementation
- Balance business processes with system tools while representing diverse team members
- Collaborate across organizational matrices and with implementation partners
- Structure and manage implementation timelines, resourcing plans, and costing
- Develop and maintain continuous improvement tools, including value stream mapping and problem-solving techniques
