Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • based in or willing to work from Irving, Texas
  • experience in field and retail sales in beverage or consumer products industries
  • advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • strong communication and presentation skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • driven to deliver results
  • basic knowledge of retail initiatives
  • familiarity with syndicated data preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required with emphasis in business, sales, marketing, or related field desired
  • Must be based in or willing to work from the regional office in Irving, Texas
  • Basic knowledge of retail initiatives especially category management and information-based selling
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • High level of expertise in analyzing data and making information-based recommendations
  • Familiarity with syndicated data, software, and measures preferred
  • Effective communication, presenting, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Field and retail sales experience in the beverage or consumer products industry
  • Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Driven to deliver results against stretch targets with a bias for action
  • Understanding of Anheuser-Busch wholesaler network and processes is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage business, brand budgets, sales strategy, distribution, innovation, supply, and pricing initiatives to sell flavored malt beverage and ready-to-drink brands in order to drive growth in a competitive segment
  • Work closely with wholesaler and local field sales personnel to align with Anheuser-Busch big bets, increase brand visibility through activation and local sponsorships
  • Implement, manage, track execution, and evaluate results of distribution and space initiatives
  • Utilize a proven track record of multi-state stakeholder management while developing wholesaler plans and budgets, prepare and present business reviews, and communicate activities effectively both internally and externally
  • Build and cultivate effective relationships with customer sales organization counterparts and peers across regions to create shared best practices and plans aligned with brand strategy
  • Build replicable content for field teams to leverage as part of wholesaler partnership processes
  • Act as ultimate regional owner, managing ad hoc, trade marketing, and logistical initiatives while reviewing strategies to increase profitability and sales using data and program execution recaps
