Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years of beverage management experience in a high-volume resort casino environment
  • Experience developing department goals and action plans in line with property and company goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Willingness to work evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally and exert up to 10 pounds of force frequently
  • Capability to perform sedentary work involving computer and office equipment use
  • Hearing and speech sufficient for effective communication in various settings
  • Visual acuity for detailed data analysis and inspection
  • Physical mobility to safely move in office and resort settings
  • Endurance to maintain efficiency during extended work hours
  • Willingness to travel to meetings, trade shows, and conferences

  • Demonstrated experience developing departmental goals and action plans aligned with property and company objectives

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day beverage operations and maintain beverage outlets throughout the property
  • Lead the tactical implementation of strategic beverage initiatives
  • Provide training focused on sales, service, and product knowledge
  • Supervise, manage, and monitor team performance in the beverage department
  • Manage operations including labor, supervision, scheduling, and inventory control
  • Coordinate requisition and stocking to maximize revenue
  • Monitor guest service delivery consistent with company standards
  • Perform administrative duties and address operational improvements
  • Ensure compliance with Health Department standards
  • Address safety concerns promptly or notify relevant parties
