Job Requirements
- Must have at least five years beverage management experience in resort casino setting
- Ability to develop and implement department strategies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform duties in office and casino environments
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Proficient in managing inventory and scheduling
- Ability to travel for meetings and events
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of five years beverage management experience in high-volume resort casino environment
- Experience developing department goals and action plans aligned with company objectives
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of beverage products and service standards
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day beverage department operations
- Lead tactical implementation of beverage strategic initiatives
- Provide beverage training focused on sales, service, and product knowledge
- Supervise and lead beverage department team members
- Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost control
- Coordinate stocking and requisition processes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
