Job Requirements

  • Must have at least five years beverage management experience in resort casino setting
  • Ability to develop and implement department strategies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform duties in office and casino environments
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Proficient in managing inventory and scheduling
  • Ability to travel for meetings and events

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years beverage management experience in high-volume resort casino environment
  • Experience developing department goals and action plans aligned with company objectives
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of beverage products and service standards

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day beverage department operations
  • Lead tactical implementation of beverage strategic initiatives
  • Provide beverage training focused on sales, service, and product knowledge
  • Supervise and lead beverage department team members
  • Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost control
  • Coordinate stocking and requisition processes
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
