Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years beverage management experience in a high volume resort casino environment
- Ability to work evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strength sufficient to lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Ability to operate computer and office machinery such as mobile phone and two-way radio
- Physical ability to perform job functions including walking, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and repetitive motions
- Hearing and speech sufficient for effective communication in person, videoconference, and telephone
- Visual acuity sufficient for preparing and analyzing data, operating computer terminal, and inspecting employees and visitors
- Mobility to move safely in office and resort environments and to travel for meetings and events
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of five years beverage management experience in a high volume resort casino environment
- Demonstrated experience developing department goals and action plans aligned with property and company goals
Job Duties
- Maintain and update all beverage outlets throughout the property to ensure guest satisfaction
- Lead the tactical implementation of strategic initiatives under the direction of the Director of Beverage
- Provide beverage training emphasizing sales, service, and product knowledge
- Supervise, manage, and monitor team performance in the beverage department
- Manage operational functions including labor management, scheduling, and inventory control
- Coordinate requisition processes and stocking of beverage outlets to maximize revenue
- Ensure department compliance with Health Department standards and address any safety concerns
